IP Recordals in SWITZERLAND (CH)
If the Owner(s) of Patent(s), Trademark(s) and Design(s) you are managing for your Clients transfer them or changes name, address or has legal changes, you may entrust us using this webtool by filling-in this page only, enclosing our Power of Attorney (PoA) which is downloadable here and enclosing the Deed of Assignment (DoA) in one of the three Swiss National Languages (German, French and Italian) or in English clearly and duly signed by the Parties.
PoA is also compulsory for us to become the New Representative for the listed case(s) so that we will be informed by Bern in the future if any Official Reminder(s) will be issued by the National Patent Office and for their renewals. If you do not agree on this you may write on the PoA that it is for the Recordal only.
The change of Representative in any case is FREE of any charge for you
Our Agency Fee for one recordal or multiple recordals on the same list is CHF 290.00 (at the moment no Official Fees are due).
At the end of this process you may pay us by credit card and within 30 seconds you will receive an e-invoice marked "PAID" in your e-mail.
